Introducing different fruits, vegetables, meat every meals. Also, doing exercising together with them. To cultivate them to have a habit or rather to begin the healthy lifestyle journey. 👍🏼

I always make my girl's meals colorful (orange - carrot, yellow - corn, green - Broccoli, purple - blueberries, red - strawberries) so it looks good and has different variety of benefits.

Started out with easy to chew fruits such as papaya, blueberries and banana. Then move on to the apple. While his mains are mainly steamed to retain as much nutrients as possible.

Dinner time I will prepare at least a fruit yogurt or fruit sometime both. To balance and add on her daily fruits intake, she will have apple and banana in school daily too.

I would offer wholemeal grains, healthy carbohydrates, protein meat, egg, vegetable a serving of fruits, yoghurt and cheese for her meals. Exposure to sunshine is good too.

I try to offer different fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks with no added salt or sugar. The key is to keep trying and to vary the size, shape, and texture!

We just give our kids everything. Always introduce new foods. In general though we always ensure fruit/veg, protein, carbs, and fats are covered every day.
