Baby not growing in third trimester

My baby did not grow and remain at 2.2 kg during the last check up at week 35+6. Anybody encounter the same problem? Gynae suggest to monitor baby movement and go to hospital ASAP shld there be slight deviations in movement.

I know someone who had slowed growth so was induced early at 35+ weeks. Baby was considered IUGR. But her baby was in high dependency ward after birth. Now > 1 year old, very healthy
