I give her friso cereal.. actually u can get some sample pack from them to try on first b4 buying the whole tin

U can start the melt 1st and monitor ur baby eating reaction, some baby stuff everything in mouth, hence will tend to choke, but because the melt will melt away easily with the silva, hence doesn't scare they put in mouth for awhile. But do monitor when u just intro them. Puff melt slower though.
