Philhealth Maternity benefits

Ask lang po aq makakakuha po ba aq ng maternity benefits kahit nahinto aq sa pagbayad ng 3 months? Expected date of delivery q po is may 15, 2021 and then last payment contribution q is january 2021...please pakisagot naman po...employed pala aq pero until january lang bnayad ng employer q kasi nkaforce leave aq ngaun...tnx po
