Yes, definitely! In theory there should be designated public libraries in each municipality. But if you want to checkout the ones that cater to kids, you can try visiting Marikina Public Library. They have offer a wide selection of books for kids in their Children's section. Marikina City Library West Grandstand, Marikina Sports Park, Shoe Avenue, Bgy. Sta.
