Are IVF babies healthy?

Yes, my friend gave birth to her triplets and very healthy. They seldom fall sick too.. I have a friend whose first born child has some genetic issues since birth. She wants 2nd child and doctor said there will be 30% chance for her baby to inherit the genetic disease from both parents.
