Yes, my friend gave birth to her triplets and very healthy. They seldom fall sick too.. I have a friend whose first born child has some genetic issues since birth. She wants 2nd child and doctor said there will be 30% chance for her baby to inherit the genetic disease from both parents. Thus, doctor advised her to conceive through IVF to have a baby without genetic disease. She is currently 26 weeks pregnant through IVF already.

IVF babies are perfectly healthy. However, since IVF usually results in multiple births, it means that the babies could be smaller in size/weight and come slightly prematurely. But there are usually no long term health implications. I have close friends who have has babies through IVF and they met all their developmental milestones on time and are healthy toddlers now.
