IUGR baby at 5th centile
Anyone with IUGR baby at 5th centile? Any tips please? I’m 32w and have only gained 9kg with a 1.4kg baby

Eat more frequently. Try eating 5 to 6 times per day. Choose nutrient and calorically dense foods such as dried fruit, nuts, crackers with peanut butter, and ice cream. Add a little extra cheese, honey, margarine, or sugar to the foods you are eating. Choose cheese labelled with "made with pasteurised milk" #TAPSupermoms
