Anyone here who has asthma or allergies who suffer a lot during this kind of weather? What do you do to prevent from having attacks?

Everytime that the weather changes from hot to cold, vice versa, Allergic rhinitis attacks me. So the doctor advise that once I feel it, take anti-histamine asap.

Me and my hubby both have an asthma so we always see to it that we always have our inhalers with us especially when we go to air-polluted places.
