Is anyone same with me? Didn't eat much but feel very bloated and I feel my usual pants is so tight... But I'm just 5 week... How to reduce bloated.. I drink alot of warm water to make myself feel slightly better..
Don’t wear tight pants, try to wear looser pants. I also feel bloated and have a lot of gas. Around week 4-5 now
