bloated stomach and poop

Stomach Feel a bit pain and uncomfortable. Feel bloated and can't eat a lot too. After eating will feel like going to toilet to shit. Poop is slightly near to black. I'm not sure if this is due to the multivitamin I ate. Anyone same experience? Am 18weeks now.
