Remove splinter

Anyone knows any tested and proven method to remove splinter deep inside the skin without much pain? No tweezers and needles pls.

Hi June, I read that you could apply a paste of baking soda and water to the area, cover it with a plaster for a day.. the paste should help draw the splinter closer to the surface of the skin. Hope that helps!
