Remove air from storage bag

Hi mummies, Any tips to remove air inside the milk storage bag when freezing milk?

Close the ziploc 3/4 first, den let it lay flat on the table.. den slowly let the milk reach to the brim den close the ziploc fully. Cn understand? Hahahhah
