Constipation

Hi, anyone experience constipation issue (no poop for days) during pregnancy? What's the solution to overcome this?

saya minum air segelas sejurus lepas bangun tidur. makan buah2. lepastu tak minum milo teh sangat. sebab ada 1 minggu tu hari2 selera minum milo lepastu sembelit teruk hari2. lepas tinggalkan milo terus okay.

minum banyak air kosong. kalau tak ada gdm makan betik. tp kalau saya memang banyakkan minum air kosong je utk elak sembelit
