Im not a doctor, but i’ve asked my obgyn masa pregnant, i pun ada problem kaki cramp, so dia bagi i calcium 300mg, and pramilet multivitamin and contain calcium 250mg dalam tu, and sometimes i ambik jugak susu. I think not more than 1000mg , but better check with your personal gynae, she will advise you better depends on your needs and condition

Actually if kite ambil terlebih calcium pon boleh rosak kan buah pinggang. I rasa mcm x cukup lh Dr I bagi yg 300mg calcium only. Sbb kdg2 kite punye diet harian pon x cukup calcium kan?
