Confinement after miscarriage
Hi, anyone did confinement after miscarriage? Did you do a mini one (2 weeks) or 1 month? Do you follow the rules strictly e.g do not shower, blow fan/air con etc. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I miscarried twice and both times I did 2 weeks confinement. Wasn't that strict - still shower and all..just that I wear socks and eat healthily and opted for the post natal massage - same as someone who had given birth just that its only for 2 weeks.
