I love Adobo Chicken. I spent some time in Boracay and I remember eating lots of Adobo. I've tried making it myself once and i used this recipe. Also, i find that browning the chicken in butter makes it so much more richer. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/filipino-chicken-adobo-recipe.html
