milk brand
anybody can recommend which milk brand is low sugar and good flavor plz ?? I'm jz 21 weeks pregnancy ! Thank you !
For low sugar I recommend u opt for milk that is on the supermarker rack, like farm fresh or dutch lady. Any kind will do. Do note that some says, milk powder like anmum and the rest has so much sugar content. Anyway good luck in searching for better milk! 😘
Anmum is nice too. Original vanilla flavur and chocolate flavour. Can buy the small pack in supermarket to test the taste first.

enfamama is the best... low sugar and have to flavor which is vanilla amd chocolate

anmum is the best and so tasty, when i preggy i choose manggo flavour. 😋
