6weeks, bleeding and no heartbeat

Anybody experienced bleeding at 6 weeks but still go thru smooth pregnancy?? I had a slight bleeding today, rush to NUH A&E Doctor say there blood stain surrounding the vagina but its not an active bleeding There is no heartbeat and according to the size, i'm 6w2d Previously i had 2 miscarriage, 2017 & 2019 Doctor also say that i might be going thru another miscarriage 😭 Praying hard for a miracle to happen 🙏🙏

I had brown bleeding around this period and another heavy red bleeding in prob week 11/12 of pregnancy. However everyting was well n i was on duphaston also. Was jabbed at nuh too..,i delivered smoothly around 5 mths ago! Praying for u!

hello. I'm at 7w and suddenly had heavy red bleeding with cramps in the abdominal today. Doctor didn't mention anything to take note of and being a ftm, it's something scary actually. care to share what did your doctor speak of?
