Any remedy for diaper rash?

i would said select a really good quality diaper. we didnt use any nappy cream on his butt but we select japan Moony diaper for him to use.

I air my baby's bottom every few days. Only once did the fountain flow onto our bed sheet but it is better than a crying baby who has rash

I use flour to apply on my kids bottom to replace cream & talcum powder. It's a better natural remedy compare to cream & powder

desitin is the best for me ( based on experience) and of course wash and change diaper regularly.

Try calamine with zinc oxide. That's what pediatricians recommend for diaper rash.
