During my pregnancy, my ob told me na mgdiet PRA iwas sa mga complications... Eat food which is high on fiber and less on carbs, eat fruits na Hindi matatamis, 1/2 cup of rice every meal, drink plenty of water like 3-4 liters.. Effective sya..
