Hot shower sa breast tas samahan ng massage sa breast. Pump pump and pump po. Latch and latch lang din kay baby. Hot compress din sa breast.. Wag po natin hayaan na mapuno ang breast ng milk. Lagi po ipaubos sa baby nyo. Hand express din po palagi.

If diagnosed as mastitis, pwedeng magprescribe sa iyo ng antibiotic If clogged ducts,warm compress, massage and hand express.

Paracetamol po Every 4 hrs
