Inom po ng maraming water.. Maghigh fiber diet.. Pwedeng kumain ng oatmeal, yogurt at pineapple juice.. Umiwas sa mga stool forming na pagkain like apples and bananas😊

Eat more fiber foods, daily nakakapagbawas sa'kin kahit yung whole wheat bread if hindi ako nakapag oats :)
