Gulay, prutas esp. citrus, lean meat, mga piling fish kc yung iba mataas ang mercury content (no to crabs and green mussels), nuts esp. wallnuts and pistachio. No to salty and sweet foods, and caffeinated beverages kahit konti lang it's a no no. Pwede ang corn, oatmeal, soup, yakult, plain yogurt, cranberry juice.
Gulaaay sis. 😊 Sanayin mo mag gulay sis hsnggang 9 mos mo. Sabe kasi nila, yung food intake natin narerecognize yan ni baby. Kaya if mahilig tayo kumain sa gulay nung pinagbubuntis natin sila di tayo mahihirapan pakainin sila ng gulay sooner or later. 😊
Hinay hinay lang den po sa tubig mamsh, better na makakuha ka ng water sa mga fruits at mas better sa buko. In my case po kase, nasobrahan ako sa water kaya nagpreterm labor ako.
