mommy,pwedeng water from matagal nakatayo or nakaupo and foods you eat. Rest every 10-15mins po cguro from walking or standing.and put oil po gently massage every night sa legs.gnun po ginagawa ko eh.hndi po ko nagtataas ng paa.basta rest lang po and massage oil.baby oil po.
