Mababa ang matres
Ano mga ginawa niyo, Aside from bed rest, nung bumbaba na matres niyo. Mine is on boundary level nadaw ๐ข isang kembot baka mg oopen cervix nadaw. Currently on meds na para kumapit and in 23 weeks palang.

Itโs tough, I know. When my matres dropped too, my OB suggested I focus on pelvic restโmeaning, no heavy lifting, no sex, and minimizing physical exertion. I also followed all the prescribed meds and made sure to always stay hydrated. Nakakatulong din na magkaroon ng support system, whether family or friends, para may mag-aalaga saโyo while you rest. Huwag mag-alala, this is just a bump along the way. Magtiwala ka sa doktor mo at ipagpatuloy ang mga instructions niya. Stay calm, kasi malaki ang chance na magiging okay ka.
