Using Washing Machine To Wash Baby Clothes

Is it alright to place baby clothes in laundry bag, use baby clothes detergent and wash using Washing machine? Because I really dun think i am able to hand-wash everything everytime as I have very bad PUPPS n extreme itchy plaques on hands.
