UNPAID MATERNITY LEAVE??

Ako lang ba yung may employer dito (private sector agency) na papayagan ka mag maternity leave pero hindi nila babayaran leave mo? When in fact nakalagay sa R.A. No. 11210 na PAID LEAVE BENEFIT GRANTED TO A QUALIFIED FEMALE WORKER IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR COVERED BY SSS, INCLUDING THOSE IN THE INFORMAL ECONOMY, FOR THE DURATION OF: a. 105 DAYS FOR LIVE CHILDBIRTH, REGARDLESS OF THE MODE OF DELIVERY, AND AN ADDITIONAL 15 DAYS PAID LEAVE IF THE FEMALE WORKER QUALIFIES AS A SOLO PARENT. b. 60 DAYS PAID LEAVE FOR MISCARRIAGE AND EMERGENCY TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY I already contacted our company. Although I am qualified, they wont pay my maternity leave because of their NO WORK NO PAY POLICY daw. SSS benefits lang daw makukuha ko. (na 2 months lang daw kahit 105days na ang nasa batas ngayon. Ksi wala pa daw slang memo regarding 105days mat leave.) Any mommies here na kapareho ng sitwasyon ko? FTM po ako, and kasalukuyang inaalam ang mga rights ang privileges ng pregnant employees.

baka po meaning ng employer is hindi nila iaadvance yung maternity benefits nyo, meaning po once nanganak po kayo and may birth certificate na si baby from civil registrar file kayo mat2, then wait po kayo mabayaran ni sss. May ibang employer po kasi inaadvance kng magkano man po ang maternity benefits na nakalagay sa sss meron naman po mga employer hindi nagaadvance kaya hintay talaga po. 105dys na po ang mat leave nasa batas na po yan at once nagcheck po kayo ng maternity benefits sa sss makikita n po duon ang amount if magkano makukuha nyo.
