Elakkn mkn/mnum yg x ssuai utk ibu hamil & jgn angkat benda berat.. paham sgt perasaan tu bdebar je ble tarikh period.. ble da delay tu memg neves & excited.. slalu nye hri ke 4 bru sye test.. klu terg, alhamdulillah rezeki.. klu xde, memg akan period 1 or 2 hri lg..
masa 2ww tu cari benda2 untuk distract diri. tapi jangan busykan diri sampai stress, buat benda2 yg buat awak happy. banyakkan minum air, light exercises mcm yoga ke pilates ke. makan benda2 yg bantu naikkan hormon progesterone macam kuaci2 etc.
sis ad mslh pcos ke? sbb sy pcos,selama berbulan2 opk tahun lepas mmg jumpa eggwhite,opk pstve tp xlekat.. rupanya tlur xmatang wlpn opk+..sbb msalah pcos tu..
