How to deal with water aversion?

After I drink one cup of water (by forcing myself) I will feel sick/nauseous for the next 2-3 hours. 🥲 It will feel like the water is stucked in my throat and if I can burp I will be ok but most of the time I can't so I will be nauseous. Anyone feeling the same?
