Hi Mum, Yes this is normal. Don't think too much on it and gradually it will be fine. But do try to share what you feel with your husband loved ones and friends. Go for a walk outside :) All of these things will help

I read that occasional sadness is normal after birth but if you keep feeling sad for no reason, best is to seek professional help asap. Could be post partum blues.

This may be baby blues. Its common for alot of us.. seek help n comfort frm husb n loved ones.. all the best

it's normal. every mama will experience mama blues. most importantly is talk to someone and stay positive

Same as me but it's gets better in time, u should talk to someone ur comfortable with and pour it out
