Eczema

Pls see a doctor if possible to get professional advice. It sounds like the skin is broken already and it can cause secondary infections. Dab very gently on affected areas if it needs to be cleaned.

When showering you can wipe gently with warm water only no soap. Apply moisturiser generously. If eczema doesn't get better you can go to PD to get prescribed special creams

Hi... how old is your baby? If LO is less than 3 months, please bring your child to see a pediatrician

Wipe gently, dab. You can ask for baby wipes for eczema prone skin from the pharmacy.
