What rash is this?

My baby woke up this morning to this. His cheek suddenly appeared red rough patches. Is that rashes or eczema? #firsttimemom #firstmom #FTM #babyexpress

Looks like saliva rash. Try cleaning the area with water then air dry. I used sebamed/Sudocrem for saliva rash and it clears pretty well.
