May allergic rhinitis din ako before magbuntis, and kinausap ko si OB ko regarding that dahil lumalala nung nabuntis ako. She adviced me to take cetirize tab (pero as much as possible sana wag na humantong sa paginom nito) then salinase spray pag barado every morning, madalas magpalit ng linens at even pillows nee dpalitan kung luma na. at invest po sa air purifier, take lots of fruits/veggies, water and vitamin c supplement (immunopro ang tinitake ko) I suggest na makipagusap ka rin po sa OB nyo, iba iba kasi ng recommendations din. And decolgen is not ok kung buntis without any go signal sa OB... bago po uminom ng mga gamot, ask muna si OB. Godbless po.
