No heartbeat

8 weeks and 4 days based on the computation from my last period but the ultrasound shows that the size of the baby is 6 weeks and no heartbeat possible po ba ang ganitong cases?

Baka po sobrang aga pa po ako naka pag ultrasound ako 5 weeks and 4 days pa hindi pa nakita c baby ko noon sinabihan ako ni after 2 weeks, pero sa 3 months na ako bumalik nagpakita na c baby tapos narinig kona heartbeat nya
