No heartbeat

8 weeks and 4 days based on the computation from my last period but the ultrasound shows that the size of the baby is 6 weeks and no heartbeat possible po ba ang ganitong cases?

Yung first baby ko 8w3days walang heart beat ang baby sbi sakin nong nurse e raraspa daw ako pero sarado pa matress ko kaya pinainom akong pang pabuka ng matress
