PAG DUMI

7weeks pregnant Hirap na hirap po ako sa pagdumi. Hindi po talaga ako makadumi ilang araw na po. Pinipilit ko pong iire kaso 30 mins na ako sa CR, wala pa din. Pero feel ko po na duming-dumi na ako at feel ko po na nandyan na pero everytime na iire ako hindi naman lumalabas ??? Anyone na naka experience neto?

Constipated din po ako at 19 weeks, so i told my OB about my problem and she prescribed duphalac laxative to be taken at bedtime, as needed. She also prescribed suppository as an alternative. If defecating is really a problem, i suggest you go to your OB so she can also prescribe something for you.

Yes, po kasi nagpa reseta ako sa kanya. Safe for pregnant ang duphalac laxative. I had bloody stool one time kasi masyado na matigas poop ko kaya nagpa reseta ako ky OB. I also drink lots of water but it didn't help much pero naging ok na ako since taking duphalac. 🙂👍
