Hi, my 7mth old have this redness on his left eye and its been 5days already... anyone know what is it?

Ohh dear is he ok now? Will it heal? Already brought him to see pd but the pd not too sure y cause there is no discharge and red eye lid.. he only said maybe some kind of allergy with dust..
