Hi, my 7mth old have this redness on his left eye and its been 5days already... anyone know what is it?

It could be irritant conjunctivitis... did shampoo or soap or any other irritant accidentally splash into your baby's eyes? It could also be a burst capillary? Both are harmless and will go away in a week or so. If it stays beyond the week and baby shows discomfort or pain, maybe you should take baby to the doctor.

Could be some tear in the eye....which we can't see.... my big boy seems to got it b4.... some sand got into his eyes. . He rub his eyes and it tear the surface slightly... brought him To see eye specialist and prescribe some eye drop... and eye wash. ..

Ohh dear is he ok now? Will it heal? Already brought him to see pd but the pd not too sure y cause there is no discharge and red eye lid.. he only said maybe some kind of allergy with dust..
