Redness spot on face

My 4 month old have this redness, spotty on face. Its been a week. Whats it call and how to get rid of it?

Could be heat rash. Try breast milk bath for a couple of days. Keep baby’s environment cool. Wear airy clothings. Wash face with cool boiled water.
