baby waking up every 1 to 2 hrs at night

My 7 month old baby wakes up every 1 to 2 hrs at night. Any advice on how to improve her sleep? Should I let her cry for 5mins before picking her up too soothe her. Will that work? Thank you in advance!

Some babies do not sleep thru the night. Same goes for my gal. But Ive tried the following methods and it lessens her wake up frequency. Play soothing nusic by her cot, put a small pillow on top of her chest and lower down aircon temp if applicable. Hope it helps you too.

Yes 5 minutes is alright:) sometimes they self soothe and go back to sleep too
