recommendations for cups

Hi mummies/daddies, Im trying to wean my child off milk bottles. Can you share what type of cups are recommended for warm milk? Thanks.

I warm the fresh milk in the cup(microwaveable cup) and let her drink from it or pour into the straw cup for my girl. My girl never used milk bottles before.

Opinions please. I have a bottle of unopened brand new body firming cream which I just realised, had expired since Jan'19. Will you open and use it on areas like tummy? Or would you trash it?

grinding of teeth

Hello mummies. My 6yo child recently started grinding teeth during her night sleep. Previously, no history of gribding teeth. Anyone has experienced the same? Able to share what remedies / solutions? Thank you.

My 25 year old sister is still grinding her teeth at night shen she’s asleep. Not sure why, but she used to wear braces previously.
