Yes, 1 cup a day is allowed but to be sure, better avoid it. Like what happened to me. Nagka schematic heart disease ako (a condition wherein nagpapalpitate ako and nahihirapan mag pump ng oxygen ang heart ko) kaya pinatigil muna ko magcoffee.
