what causes spotting?

5 days sinceag simula ako mag spotting. Nkapagpa check up na ako at umiinom na ng pampakapit, bed rest na din pero bakit ganun? May spotting pa din. Di nmn sobrng lakas, di naman ako nakakapuno ng pantyliner sa maghapon at hndi din sya sobrang pula pero malansa ang amoy nya . Bakit kaya?
