my friend 5cm dilated when she go for checkup den got admitted immediately. she didn't feel any contraction nor pain throughout the process even when she delivered
How did the doc found out when there’s no symptoms? During regular check up? What’s your fetal weight? Anyway all the best!! Rest as much.
maybe try walk around or climb stairs or squats. i didn't wait...i ask the doc to break the water sack 😅
