Baby reaching for toys hanging above

My 4.5 months old baby doesn’t seem to be reaching for toys hanging above him when I place him lying flat on those play gym set. I see babies actively reaching out to toys hanging about them at this age. He can hold things when we hand it to him but he doesn’t reach out… is this normal? Anything to be concerned about?

I guess every baby is different, and also interested in different things at different stages. My girl was completely uninterested in some baby toys in the past but suddenly became inseparable with it as she grew slightly older. so I think it's not a cause for concern!=)

    Same! Sometimes their interest is different

    My baby used to looove the playgym last time. But now that he has learnt to flip, he finds it boring😂
