Low normal amniotic fluid

on my 37th week my amniotic fluid index is below normal limits. advised to hydrate by my OB. On my 38th week AFI is within normal limit and was advised to wait til there ia a dign of labor. IE is 1to 2cm only. On my 39th week AFI is again below normal limit, no sign of labor yet, IE 2 to 3cm. Advised for induction of labor. Was admitted and stayed in the labor room for almost 3 days. On my 3rd day of admission IE 3 to 4cm, cervix is soft but still advised to undergo CS. Ayaw bumaba ni baby and I'm already having dry labor since ruptured na bag of water ko. Better prepare your self na lang po for any possibilities. Goodluck mommy!
