Low Lying Placenta - What does it mean?

38weeks 3 days FTM Mga momsh. Ask ko lang if ano meaning if low lying anterior ang placenta? Yan kasi yung sabi ni Sono during ultrasound ko kanina. Mamaya pa hapon available yung result kaya di pa kami makapunta sa OB ko for checkup. Kapag nakuha namin result maya punta na rin kami agad kay doc. Kindly enlighten me lang mga mommies kasi medyo worried na ako and konti na lang din daw yung amniotic fluid ni baby. Possible pa ba mainormal delivery si baby or CS na agad? Thank you mga mommies.

ung placenta ni baby nasa harap(belly) instead nasa likod.. People sometimes think that low-lying placenta is linked to having an anterior placenta but this is not correct. Anterior placenta simply means the placenta is on the front (belly side) of the womb rather than attached to the back of the womb. Having ananterior placenta is normal and does not cause complications.
