Low lying placenta

Hi mga mommies, any recos po for first time mom like me nagpa ultrasound po kasi ako kahapon 19 weeks and ang result po low lying placenta ako.

full placenta previa din ako mommy. as early as 11weeks nakita na yung case ko. kaya bed rest talaga hanggang ngayon. iwasan matagtag, at magbuhat mabibigat. 4 weeks ako pinainom pampakapit.

Bed rest po. Wag po magbubuhat ng mga mabibigat.
