32 weeks now and i'm starting to experience the lack of sleep phase. Everytime my little ninja moves, i will get woken up and it doesn't help even if I change positions. Back when she was smaller, I could still sleep through it. However now everytime she squirms, it feels like she's trying to break free from my tummy 😅 How do you guys cope?

i’ll give belly rubs and take comfort in knowing that baby is moving and well :) i’d rather the lack of sleep! maybe can try a bit of caffeine throughout the day or small naps
