Blinking excessively

My 3 years old daughter blinking excessively, even worse when she is watching Tv or Ipad. but she only having screen time less than an hour a day, cos she much prefer playing, so i am sure her blinking problem is not caused of gadgets. does anyone experience this? I am so worried.

Maybe cn tell her nicely/encourage her to try not to blink too much. Like we should try to stop bad habits like nail biting and rubbing of nose. Or maybe can try check with the doctor?
